These are divided into two big families: REACTIVE COATINGS and NON REACTIVE COATINGS.
The reactive coatings are mainly
the PHOSPATE COATINGS, so called because a chemical reaction occurs during the
treatment.
Our range of Phosphate products is fit for all steel applications and requirements:
new products have been specifically developed for shot blasted materials, for
high carbon steel wire drawing and cold heading operations.
Most of the products can be used either in batch or in-line system.
Packing: 1.5 ton plastic tank - 250 Kg / 50 Kg plastic drums bulk.
Non reactive precoatings produce
a layer on the steel surface without chemical reaction. They are becoming more
and more popular as an alternative to the phosphate coatings because they are
easier to use, suitable for in-line treatments, they do not cause pollution
or environmental problems.
Packing: 200 Kg Steel drums / 40 Kg paper bags on pallet.
Our productions is completed by auiliary products
related to the wire production process: for surface treatment - picking and
coatings - neutralising, antitrusting and passivation, degreasing, antifoam
and bioacides.
Special wiping products (additivted charcoal) and fluxing products have been
developed for hot dip galvanising process.
These products allow our Technical Department to offer a complete Service for any Customer's specific requirement.
